This building was incredibly beautiful at night. Though most of the
civilian buildings I saw in North Korea were quite shabby. rn

To answer your questions: On basis of my memory, this building rn
is called "renmin da xuexitang" in Chinese, which means People's rn
Grand Studying Hall. rn

It is one of the few buildings in Pyongyang that is lighten up at
night. That explains why the sky is pure black. rn

I don't remember what was under the Hall. But seems not walls. Itrn
was quite far from me when I took this picture. There were red
flags, trees, stone steps, and maybe, a street between the hall
and me. rn

The moon is a true one, too small though. :)rn

About the sharpening... I already did that before I uploaded it. notrn
quite noticeable, huh? Indeed, I took this pic without tripod, and I rn
think I exposed for about 1/4 sec. The only thing I could do was torn
hold my breath and took 2 more backups. hehehe.
